This past Tuesday the Ohio Supreme Court heard arguments from the city of Cleveland as to why they think they should be able to enforce their own restrictions on gun owners and they also heard from the Attorney General's office on why they can not.
Now it is up to the Ohio Supreme Court to decide.
Cleveland absolutely does not want to see 9.68 be recognized as general law. If the OSC sides with Cleveland we will be back to a patch work of gun laws across Ohio.
